What is GeoPrinter?

GeoPrinter is an extension for Chrome. When installed, it adds extra buttons to a number of pages. These buttons allow you to select particular caches to add a list, the list can then be printed and taken on your day out. Go here to add this extension to Chrome.

Why do I want to use it?

When you are out on a really big caching day, it is very easy for the geocaches to merge into one big fuzzy memory. When you get home and try to write your logs, it is sometimes helpful to have a few words to jog your memory. Many people do this on an electronic device, but some people (myself included) prefer a pen and paper. The lists produced by GeoPrinter include enough space to make a few notes in, as well as being a great planning tool for the route you might take for the day.

Do I really have to pay for it?

There is no obligation to pay for this extension. There is a donate button on the main list editing page. If you find yourself using the tool a lot and you can afford to, send the developer some money. There is nothing like some financial reward to encourage development.
